The forum will feature an esteemed line-up of distinguished speakers, including the President of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev, the Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Ms. Mariya Gabriel, the Executive Vice-President for the European Green Deal, Mr. Maroš Šefčovič, the European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, Mr. Nicolas Schmit, and the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Ms. Iliana Ivanova, the Vice-President of the EIB Mr. Kyriacos Kakouris.
